MICROTECH SwissMet Micron Low-Force Ceramic Digital Caliper IP67

A rechargeable stainless steel caliper for soft materials, combining 0.001 mm MICRON electronics, a low defined contact force and ceramic-tipped external jaws.

Low-Force Control
A mechanical bidirectional Low-Force module applies 0.8 N on external measurements and 1 N on internal measurements, so soft parts are measured without being deformed.

Ceramic Jaws
The external jaws are tipped with ceramic, which is non-magnetic, non-conductive and highly wear-resistant.

Key Features
Measuring ranges: 150, 200 and 300 mm (6, 8 and 12 inch)
Resolution: 0.001 mm
Accuracy on external jaws: ±12 µm (150 mm), ±15 µm (200 mm), ±20 µm (300 mm)
PRESET, mm/inch and automatic on/off
IP67 water and dust protection

Calibration Included
Every MICROTECH caliper passes metrological inspection in an ISO 17025 ILAC-accredited laboratory and is supplied with a calibration certificate at no extra cost.
