MICROTECH DataMet Long Jaw E-Force Digital Caliper

A computerised DataMet caliper for measuring large workpieces, with ranges from 500 up to 5000 mm, long jaws and electronic force control.

Electronic E-Force Control
The measuring force is controlled electronically and can be set from 1 to 20 N, with the applied force shown on screen, so every measurement is taken at the same, known force.

Long Jaws
Jaw lengths of 100, 150 or 300 mm give the reach needed for large parts, flanges and housings.

Computerised DataMet Functions
The built-in DataMet computer offers PRESET, Go/No-Go tolerance limits with colour indication, Max/Min peak hold, formula calculation, timer, temperature and error compensation, internal memory with statistics, and mm/inch selection.

Wireless Data Transfer
Readings can be sent wirelessly to the free MICROTECH MDS app on Windows, Android, iOS and macOS, or typed straight into any application using Wireless HID mode. A USB HID connection is also available.
